He Has 3 Dads And Learned Something From Each One

Mike Gibson has some wisdom to share. Gibson is a venture capitalist who’s at war with the “Paper Belt.” That’s what he calls the stretch of the east coast home to federal politics in Washington D.C., mass media in NYC, and elite degrees in Boston. This concept inspired his soon-to-be released book, Paper Belt on Fire.

Gibson helped run the Thiel Fellowship and his current venture, 1517 Fund, builds on the philosophy of the Fellowship by seeking out young tech founders in their creative and productive prime. As the son of a mom, a dad, and two step-dads, he has a unique perspective on family and what really matters in life.
