Everything begins and ends with parental responsibility. Never, ever outsource anything, much less the really important people to the government.

Right now, all my son's friends are buying/reselling football cards. I dare say it's very close to gambling and a "legal" way of sports betting since the prices change rapidly like day trading. One 14 yr old friend spent $400 on football cards and depending on how the players do, he can resell at a much higher price. Or they all can be worth nothing by next year. The prices fluctuate wildly. In one day, a value of a single card can drop over $100. I hope this trend passes.

I already don't like the fantasy football leagues everyone does - including a pool my son's sports team starts up - by a parent!
