CIA Analyst’s Dad Lost His Faith But Still Took His Kids To Church

Martin Gurri has some wisdom to share. He's a father, author, and former CIA media analyst. His three decades of experience in the CIA led him write his 2014 book, The Revolt of the Public.

Martin is also a self-proclaimed “geyser of unfounded opinions” and learned early on from his own pop’s wisdom how to control that impulse. That combination of instinct and self-discipline molded him into a keen analyst with a surprising array of passions and pastimes. He may even be his generation’s most knowledgable fan of anime.
